Alpha Chi Theta takes pride in being one of two sororities at the University of Victoria. A local sorority, Alpha Chi Theta is built upon four pillars: grace & integrity, perseverance, fortitude and altruism. The purpose of Alpha Chi Theta is to promote loyalty allowing amongst our sisterhood, while lending a helping hand throughout campus and the community.
With every accomplishment and experience, the sisters of Alpha Chi Theta know that they can count on each other to be right by their side. At Alpha Chi Theta, we are proud to know that the memories and friendships made during this time will not only last during university, but for a lifetime.
The sisters of Alpha Chi Theta view philanthropy as a vital part of community life that not only benefits others, but also fosters individual grow and friendships along the way.
In the past we have manned a soup kitchen, organised donations at Our Place, sorted out boxes and shipments at the Compassionate Resource Warehouse, made cards for an elderly home and helped out at some local community gardens. We have fundraised for our local charity through events on campus such as our Charity Gala!
